Field Technician

Installation and Setup: Perform the installation, configuration, and setup of marking, coding, and labeling equipment, including printers, coders, labelers, and related software systems at client sites.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or an associates degree in a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as a field technician or similar role, preferably in the marking, coding, or labeling industry.

Strong technical knowledge of marking, coding, and labeling systems, including printers, coders, labelers, and related software.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with hardware, software, and connectivity.

Familiarity with industry standards and quality control processes for printed labels, codes, and markings.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and providing training and support.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
