Field Supervisor
In a fulltime Field Supervisor position at Integrity Roofing and Painting you will strategically engage and collaborate with insurance adjusters to on damaged properties. You will discuss the scope of repairs needed on damaged properties with insurance adjusters ensuring a seamless integration of our profitable premium roofing solutions. Simultaneously you will be pivotal in managing and leading our Client Solutions Representatives to guarantee client satisfaction. Candidates must be extraordinarily persuasive relationship builders and able to provide servant leadership.
Primary job responsibilities include
Maintaining exceptionally high standards of client satisfaction and service.
Investigate evaluate and identify property damage with integrity and honesty.
Ensure profitable solutions for both the client and the organization.
Lead and manage Client Solutions representatives by providing inthefield guidance.
Encourage and participate in team building and mentorship.
Requirements
Qualifications
Highly developed interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
Strong sense of ambition selfmotivation and selfdiscipline.
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social environments.
Previous construction knowledge is a must.

$55000 $65000 average firstyear compensation and 401K matched by Integrity
