***THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING BROWARD/MIAMI-DADE COUNTIES (MUST SPEAK SPANISH)***


We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Outside Sales/New Business Development Representative located in Broward/Miami-Dade Counties. Residence strongly preferred in either Broward/Miami-Dade Counties because the representative will cover an assigned territory. Sales representatives must be available for one-week of training in South Orlando and quarterly visits. Remote/virtual weekly Sales meetings are required as well.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


The Outside Sales/New Business Development Representative will sell services offered by the company to current and new clientele in a defined geographic territory consisting of the Broward/Miami-Dade Counties. This position is responsible for developing sales strategies to attract new clients, and plays a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of company services, as well as researching sales competition.



Aggressively builds, maintains, and expands a pipeline and network of sources from which to identify and generate new sales leads within the assigned territory.

Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests services to meet those needs.

Understands, demonstrates, and promotes the functions and utility of company services to customers based on their needs.

Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

Delivers sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

Coordinates sales efforts with marketing programs.

Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.

Answers client questions about terms of sale, services, prices and availability.

Develops out of the box sales strategies. models and various customer sales methods to close the sale.

Provides periodic territory sales forecasts and prepares weekly and monthly sales reports to provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

Builds productive, long-lasting customer relationships.

Meets personal and team sales targets.

Attends meetings, conference, sales events and training sessions to keep abreast of the latest sales trends and developments.

Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Economics or related field and/or 5 or more years of equivalent, relevant applied sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales process and dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, driven sales professional skilled in prospecting, cold calling and business development
  • Service-oriented attitude and focused commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients quickly and prospects
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must reside within sales territory (Broward/Miami-Dade Counties)
  • Proven analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced and changing environment


Preferred Skills, Education and/or Work Experience:


  • Automotive industry experience
  • Experience with CRMs (Zoho CRM a plus)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Salary Range - $45,000 - $55,000 (based on qualifications & experience)

Associate's of Arts or Science degree from an accredited college or university 1 or more years of applied, progressive customer service experience Experience in an automotive dealership, auto auction, DMV/MVA and/or Tax Collector's office. Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with internal staff, the general public, vendors, customers, and clients in order to communicate information in a courteous, respectful and helpful manner Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of administrative and operational matters and work with limited supervision on routine and non-routine office support tasks Ability to apply business mathematics skills to make calculations Effective listening skills and strong attention to detail
