Experience: Min 13 Years
Must Have: Should have min 2 3 years exp. on Healthcare sales Hospital sales or Pharmaceutical sales
Job Description:
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Establishing new business.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Attending trade exhibitions conferences and meetings.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Collection of all the dues on time.
- Organizing customer trainings.
Required critical behaviors:
- Lead generation: Prospecting the number one behavior that drives all the others.
- Building relationships: Establishing a strong open relationship based on trust.
- Qualifying opportunity: Determining a reason to do business.
- Servicing customers: Delivering superior customer satisfaction.
Key interfaces: Revenue Management Operation and Distribution.
Required key skills (functional/technical):
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Healthcare / Corporate Sales /FMCG
Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. Demonstrating and presenting products. Establishing new business. Maintaining accurate records.
