Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing new customers as well as looking after existing customer accounts.
• Expected to build an understanding of the products/ to know all the details of the products and communicate appropriately.
• Regular visits to clients and taking care of requirements/supply/payments etc in addition to communication via phone email and WhatsApp.
• Responsible for coordinating purchasing orders delivery timelines payments and most importantly collecting and communicating customer feedback.
• Priorities being honest and working with high integrity. Additionally they must come with a customer first mindset.
• Should be interested in selling FMCG products and must be having experience working in the FMCG space.
• Advising customers correctly about the delivery schedules latest pricing with efficient pre and aftersales service.
• Knowing to ride a twowheeler shall be necessary and must have valid driving license.

Job Requirements

• Graduate Degree / Diploma holder
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcomed.
• Experience 2 5 years in FMCG retail sector will be added benefit.
• Preferred Male candidate below 40 years of age.
• Good communication skills.
• Should have 2wheeler and valid license.
