$120000 Base Salary Hybrid opportunity OTE $180000 (uncapped 11% commission no sunset on accounts)

My Client

An International 3PL (heavy footprint in the trucking world) originally based out of the North East with offices globally. They are now looking to grow out from their Tampa FL branch with some flexibility for senior sales on WFH. My client prides themself on customer service so you will have no issue with maintaining business.

The Ideal Candidate will be

Minimum 5 years of Domestic Trucking and Air Freight Brokerage Sales experience.

New business hunter.

Experience working in a nonasset brokerage.

Air Freight Flatbed FTL LTL Dry Van

Proven track record of building/ managing a book of business over $80000 GP.

Uncapped commission the commission account do not sunset GP has to equal and exceeds 8x your monthly salary 10% paid quarterly and calculated monthly 1VP

Training Starts with sitting with OPS 2 Phase Sales seminars for Dom and Int Peer to Peer training
