FIELD MERCHANDISER - OSLO

Workshop is currently hiring a Field Merchandiser with the primary responsibility of consistently enhancing the overall instore experience and sales performance at selected retailers. We are seeking individuals who have a keen interest in retail technology and a passion for meticulous organization. As an inspiring and driven individual you excel at establishing longlasting relationships.

As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently while maintaining close communication with managers and colleagues in the field. You will be involved in both shortterm and longterm projects overseeing the planning execution and followup of various activities. Your work will be goaloriented and you will be expected to provide reports according to established procedures.

Although your home base will be your hometown your workplace will vary each day and week as you visit different retailers. This may require overnight stays in different locations and occasional weekend work. Therefore it is essential that you are flexible and comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays.

To thrive in this role we believe you should possess the following qualities:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in home electronics
• Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in product display and visual merchandising
• Flexible and solutionoriented mindset
• Thrive on working with a structured and detailoriented approach
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Have a valid drivers license (B) and access to a personal car
• Are fluent in finish and english

Workplace: Based in the Oslo area or nearby
Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement
