Job Description:
Summary
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining inhouse audiovisual equipment and nonprint media assets.
- This includes operating maintaining distributing installing configuring repairing and upgrading various electronic products while ensuring their optimal performance.
- This person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide enduser training and assistance where required.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Background investigation and drug screen required
- Experience working with A/V and teleconferencing / videoconferencing systems.
- Experience with Skype for Business and Microsoft Products.
- Ability to manage project tasks vendors for ontime completion.
- Analytical creative and methodical in problem solving
- Effective interpersonal skills and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong customerservice orientation.
- Selfmotivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment.
- Experience working in a teamoriented collaborative environment.
