Objective:
We are looking for a Field Application Engineer to drive new projects and business pipelines for FY23/24 growth.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for pre & post sales requirements of Company s Power Quality products (preparing technical documents & commercial proposals)
Provides technical support to distributors and key account customer for troubleshooting onsite testing and commissioning
Provides trainings to distributors and customers to enhance their capabilities
Responsible for designin (specin) of company s products with the distributor in the appointed territory and market segments achieve yearly designin targets
Lookout for opportunities to cross out competitor part
Coordinate PQ Application and Onsite Measurement Services in line with the company strategy
Maintains good relationship with both endusers local distributors external test laboratories and build customer loyalty through field visits
Maintenance of existing customers base and achieve development of new potential customers.
Effective use of CRM/CAS system to record key activities including customer visit/call reports and opportunities
Able to communicate and work well with internal departments.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Strategic Account Manager or/and Sales Manager
Job Requirements:
Possess fundamental PQ Harmonic knowledge and application.
Basic knowledge of EMC / EMI compliance is a plus
Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or other relevant majors
Prefer minimum 3 years technical experience in the field of industrial products
Able to operate common test equipment like voltage meter clamp meter oscilloscope analyzer etc.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Wellversed in basic MS Office tools (eg. Word Excel) and SAP (preferred)
Interpersonal savvy
Good follow up and consultative approach attitude
Able to work independently and resourceful
