Fidelity Insurance Coverage Associate

Our client is seeking an Associate to join the Fidelity Surety & Coverage business unit in Dallas TX. Candidates must have 3 years of federal court litigation experience. The Associate will handle complicated and large dollar coverage disputes primarily in federal courts and evaluate insurance coverage claims predominantly in the areas of crime and professional liability insurance.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skillsets:

Extensive federal court litigation experience including taking and defending depositions and handling hearings

Professionallines insurance coverage experience (crime insurance experience is not required)

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Strong academic credentials and a passion for excellence

The ability to thrive in a collaborative teambased setting
