As a Fibre to the Business Sales Representative youll convert leads from external agents into satisfied customers utilizing Zoho CRM and Bigin to manage leads and quotes efficiently.

Requirements

  • Lead Conversion:
    • Engage with leads through various channels to understand their needs and present tailored FTTB solutions.

    • Utilize Zoho CRM and Bigin for lead management and tracking interactions.

    • Coordinate with thirdparty suppliers for accurate pricing and availability.

  • Pipeline Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using Zoho CRM and Bigin.

    • Generate and manage quotes efficiently.

  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

    • Provide insights to enhance sales strategies and offerings.

  • Performance Metrics:

    • Meet or exceed sales targets

    • Analyze data for continuous improvement of sales strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.

  • 23 years of B2B sales experience.

  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM Bigin and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Selfmotivated with excellent time management skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell solar subscription services, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings. Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community. Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends. Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays. Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes. Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favorable impression of the company. Qualifications and Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes Sales or customer service experience is a plus Reliable and punctual Reporting Structure: The External Solar Sales Associate will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
