Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to design shirts that align with their unique tastes and preferences ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of fabrics and customizations effectively communicating these options to clients to assist them in making wellinformed decisions.
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns continuously developing innovative solutions to anticipate and exceed their needs.
- Maintain accurate records by updating the system with orders and customer details and coordinating closely with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer care through professional and timely communication via email and phone addressing inquiries and concerns with attentiveness and expertise.
- Work closely with instore master tailors to facilitate measurements and resolve individual customer issues maintaining a high standard of service and satisfaction.
- Contribute to daily cash and bank transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Engage in visual merchandising to create captivating store displays that showcase our offerings effectively and attractively.
