THE JOB:
One of our clients is seeking a dedicated and experienced Livestock Assistant to their team in St. Albans. The successful candidate will be responsible for the care and management of livestock, ensuring their well-being and health. Duties will include feeding, watering, and monitoring the animals, as well as assisting with animal shows, greeting the public and maintaining clean and safe living conditions for the livestock.
You will also need to have a confident and friendly manner helping with animal shows and assisting with the public.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Previous experience working with livestock.
• Knowledge of animal husbandry practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
• Flexibility to work 4 out of 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
• Certification or training in animal care or agriculture
