Job Description:
- Handle family law cases including divorce custody and parenting time disputes
- Provide zealous advocacy for clients while also seeking opportunities to resolve disputes through mediation
- Work collaboratively with a team of experts and professionals as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar
- Strong knowledge of family law statutes and procedures
Desired Experience:
- 13 years of experience practicing family law
- Demonstrated success in litigating family law cases
- Certification in mediation or matrimonial law is a plus
