Job Title: Failure Analysis & Triage Engineer

Role Type: long term contract on C2C

Location: Longmont, CO

Skills:

  • Developing white-box oriented testing methods to verify and validate firmware product.
  • Creating test plans and strategies to improve firmware quality and test coverage.
  • Extensive experience programming in Python
  • Experience in the storage industry in SSD & Storage domains.
  • Understanding of storage interfaces including ideally PCIe/NVMe, SATA, or SAS
  • Having good understanding on Failure analysis (Triage experience) of SSD firmware validation/Field issues or Embedded side (Must requirement).
  • Experience with NAND flash and other non-volatile storage
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of day-to-day supervision
  • Ability to work in a multi-functional team and under the pressure of multiple priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Firmware testing experience.
  • Python development experience.
  • C/C++ embedded software development experience.
  • Knowledge of test automation, testing methodologies, and test tools.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree
  • 3-5 Years of experience in related storage domain.
