Facilities Warehouse Support

Job title : Facilities & Warehouse Support (1^st shift)

Client : Sports vehicle Manufacturing Company

Duration : 1 years with possible extension

Location : Medina MN 55340

Shift : 8:30am 5:00pm

• Industry/Educational Background:
• Experience and/or ability to obtain forklift and reach truck certification preferred
• Experience with power sports equipment preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform light maintenance activities (snow removal cleaning mechanical aptitude etc.)
• Maintain orderly appearance of warehouse fleet storage and trailer storage
• Loading/securing and unloading power sports equipment on/off utility trailers (5%10%)
• Coordination of shipping & receiving for promotional product shows and displays loading and unloading from semi trailers
• Respond to various department requests such as but not limited to:
• Pull product/supplies from storage and return
• Magazine & Promotional product photo shoots
• Executive product rides
• Medina special events product displays lobby
• Conference room meeting and event set up
• Mail and Package Delivery
• Fire/Life Safety equipment compliance checks
• Conduct biannual maintenance check and service on all water closets and urinals including automated flushing devices
• Lead and provide work direction to service contractors as directed by facilities manager
• Work in a safe and healthy manner strictly following all safety rules and regulations.
• Perform special projects maintenance or other duties as assigned.

Core Skills & Abilities

• 12 years of experience in a warehouse or office environment preferred
• Experience with Microsoft applications (Word Excel Outlook SharePoint Teams)
• Experience and/or ability to obtain forklift and reach truck certification
• Familiarity with power sports equipment
• Experience loading/securing and unloading power sports equipment on/off utility trailers preferred
• Maintain a neat clean and orderly work area
• Initiative independence and sense of urgency team player
• Demonstrate and maintain a high level of energy enthusiasm with an ethical balance
• Quality and customer focused
• Ability to work with all levels of employees external contractors and regulatory authorities
• Displays appropriate level of professionalism in the workplace
• Must have a valid Minnesota drivers license

Working conditions:

• Comfortable working in both a warehouse environment and office environment
• Occasional driving of power sports equipment from warehouse to front of building (Speeds to remain under 1015 MPH)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on feet for 4 hours at a time
• Must work on ladders lifts and/or overhead equipment
