Facilities Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work activities of janitorial staff in a higher education setting
• Assign tasks and schedule work shifts
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of buildings and facilities
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle customer complaints and issues related to janitorial services
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
• Attention to detail and quality of work

Desired Experience:

Up to 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or cleaning industry
