Facilities Manager


Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team to oversee and manage maintenance and repair services performed on facilities and equipment in order to support restaurant owners achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Performs regular inspections of restaurant facility systems and kitchen equipment.
  • Conduct surveys to identify areas that need improvement and implement opportunities for change to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all facilities including; restaurant equipment and facility systems to ensure restaurant uptime.
  • Ensure proper coordination with internal staff inhouse service technicians external contractors vendors and manager s onduty to perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs and maintenance in order to support restaurant operations effectively.
  • Perform regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with company standards safety protocols procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for restaurant employees and their guests.
  • Respond promptly to facilityrelated inquiries and requests from store operations and other customer groups addressing concerns or escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain a good work relationship with coworkers customers vendors and contractors.
  • Perform selfidentified repairs.
  • Other tasks as required.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of professional experience as a Facility Manager in a Restaurant or Hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance best practices.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration HVAC hotside equipment coldside equipment and related restaurant equipment systems.
  • Ability to analyze a situation and decide whether it is best to repair or replace the equipment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to work collaboratively with internal team customers vendors and contractors.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications including MS Office.
  • Familiarity in Zoho One Apps is preferred but not required. Can train the right candidate.
  • Lift to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Possess a valid Driver s License and reliable transportation.
  • Must have a clean driving record and successfully pass criminal background and drug screenings.
