Job Summary:
Responsible for leading on the Facilities Management CAFM based helpdesk and asset management system.
Lead on all helpdesk related matters and to be the prime contact for technical CAFM assistance for help desk operatives building managers and premises coordinators.
Manage implementation and develop the Facilities Management Helpdesk and CAFM system through controlled development plans.
Effectively support and ensure a highquality service are provided to the Facilities Management Team contractors and building managers premises managers / coordinators utilising the Councils CAFM system.
Support the FM Business manager and facilities managers with financial duties based around and held within the CAFM system.
Responsible for the management of all information data and documentation held on the CAFM system.
Develop implement and management of a facilities Management building asset and life cycle data base.
Be responsible for advice and support for the Facilities Management Helpdesk to deliver in partnership with others the Council s vision values and ways of working.
Support the planning and management of the Councils helpdesk CAFM system and operations ensuring community and customer needs are identified and met.
Ensure the delivery of identified service objectives and continuous improvement of service targets.
Achieve results through the effective management and development of people systems and processes.

Key Duties/Accountabilities:
Accountable and lead on the development of the Councils CAFM system
Lead and manage the FM Helpdesk and team.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of all facilities and asset data held within the CAFM System
Provide planned and adhoc reports generated from the CAFM system.
To support the FM Hard Services Manager with financial activities including raising POs checking invoiced works against CAFM system. Providing financial reports
Develop allocate receive log update and manage all CAFM related data including but not limited to planned and reactive works projects asset data financial information quotes reports and documentation.
Communicate to officers and contractors on CAFM related items.
Report on the operational performance of all LBL Facilities and building assets which may include building maintenance and repairs cleaning and associated services manned security and utilities.
Lead and support liaising with contractors engineers and site contacts for any access operational or site items.
Essential Experience Required:
Experience of using CAFM system (TF cloud current system) is desirable.
Experience of using SFG20 is essential.
Experience of working with PPM are required for building assets is essential.
Experience of dealing with building compliance of implications if PPMs are not carried out is essential.
Experience of dealing with engineers or contractors is essential.
Essential Qualifications Required:
A standard of education and/or experience that reflects the requirements of the role is essential.
Additional information to note:
Working hours: 35 hours per week.
