The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting lease audits systems audits setting up a Facilities actions register and managing tasks related to maintenance and scheduling within our client s facilities management system.


Here s an overview of your future role:

Employment Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Day Shift (Mon Fri 06:00 AM 03:00 PM)
Work Arrangement: Onsite Makati

What awaits you in this role

  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in facilities management lease administration or related areas is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using facilities management software preferably ReLease.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.


What awaits you in this role

Lease Audit:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of leases to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

Systems Audit:

  • Compare lease information stored on SharePoint with data on ReLease to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Resolve any discrepancies and update records accordingly.

Facilities Actions Register:

  • Establish and maintain a centralized register for incoming facilitiesrelated requests actions and their status.
  • Track progress on actions and ensure timely completion.

Maintenance Tasks Management:

  • Update ReLease with maintenance tasks and schedule recurring tasks as needed.
  • Issue work orders for maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation and tracking.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as facilities management team members lease administrators and IT personnel to ensure alignment and accuracy of information.
  • Communicate effectively with external parties as necessary.
