This is a remote position.

Nomad Internet is looking for a dynamic Facebook Ad Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns with a focus on driving conversions and increasing brand awareness. This role requires strategic thinking creativity and a datadriven approach to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Ad Creation and Management: Design implement and monitor effective Facebook advertising campaigns that align with our marketing goals.

  • Target Audience Segmentation: Develop targeted ad strategies by segmenting audiences based on demographics interests behaviors and customer journeys.

  • Performance Analysis: Use Facebook Insights and other analytical tools to track ad performance assess key metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for Facebook ads ensuring optimal spend for the best possible return on investment.

  • A/B Testing: Continuously test different ad elements including images copy and targeting to identify the most effective strategies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align ad strategies with ongoing promotions content marketing and other advertising campaigns.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance including insights and recommendations for future ad strategies.


Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with a track record of achieving business goals.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook advertising platform ad types and best practices.
  • Proficient in audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with analytics and ad management tools such as Facebook Business Manager.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.



Proven experience as a blog manager and content creator, with a strong portfolio of written work. Expert knowledge of SEO practices and tools, with a proven track record of improving blog rankings and visibility. Experience managing blogs on Shopify or similar platforms. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Strong research skills and ability to write on a variety of topics.
