Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Facade Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in facade design preferably within the Australian market. The role requires a creative mind strong technical skills and a deep understanding of architectural principles to contribute to the development of aesthetically pleasing functional and sustainable building facades.
Job Description:
- Lead the conceptualization and development of building facades documentation ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Produce detailed facade drawings and specifications for construction ensuring accurate implementation.
- Stay updated on local building codes to ensure designs comply with Australian standards.
- Work with the design team and engineers to integrate facade designs seamlessly into overall building plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction throughout the design process.
- Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Industrial Design / Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in facade design preferably within the Australian market.
- At least 2 years of handson experience in REVIT (Family Creation) required.
- Proficient in relevant design software like AutoCad.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility.
Additional Job Details:
- Preferable Setup and Location: Cyberscape Gamma Ruby/Topaz Rd. Ortigas Pasig (near Robinson Galleria)
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM ACT / 6:00 AM 3:00 PM Manila Time
- Employment Type: FullTime
