Job Description:
The Fabrication/Shop Manager will additionally oversee inventory maintenance and the procurement of supplies.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in welding cutting with experience in CNC plasma being advantageous.
- Capability to cultivate a positive customer experience
- Background in the steel fabrication industry is a positive attribute
- Robust leadership and organizational skills
- Adapt to work effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in operating a forklift and overhead cranes
