Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop fabrication processes and techniques to meet design specifications
• Collaborate with design and production teams to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Supervise and train production staff in fabrication methods and best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on fabricated components
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fabrication processes
• Optimize fabrication workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
• Manage fabrication projects including scheduling and resource allocation
• Coordinate with external vendors for fabrication materials and services
• Implement costeffective fabrication solutions
• Keep abreast of advancements in fabrication technology and incorporate them into the production process
• Document and maintain detailed records of fabrication procedures and outcomes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fabrication processes
• Provide technical support and guidance to crossfunctional teams
• Contribute to innovation and R&D efforts for new fabrication methods

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in fabrication and welding processes
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials
• Experience in quality control and assurance in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent project management and planning skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve fabricationrelated issues
• Familiarity with industryrelated regulations and standards
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant tools
