About the Role

As EYFS Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our early years program. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our youngest learners receive the highest quality education nurturing their curiosity igniting their passion for learning and laying the foundation for their future success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the EYFS team fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive EYFS curriculum aligned with national standards and tailored to the needs of our diverse student population
  • Assess and track pupil progress ensuring that each child receives individualized support and reaches their full potential
  • Collaborate effectively with parents and carers to support their childs learning at home
  • Foster a stimulating and engaging learning environment that promotes creativity exploration and a lifelong love of learning

  • Proven experience leading and managing an EYFS team

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status and relevant educational degree.
  • Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and current educational trends.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Outstanding classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
