We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an External sales consultant in our electrical retail store. If you think you have what it takes please apply!
The incumbent is to be an ambassador/representative of the franchise and its image. The salesperson handles actively seeking out and closing sales deals as well as identifying any potential customers acquiring new customers building relations with new customers and maintaining relations with existing customers.
Key roles and responsibilities;
- Financial management meet sales targets
- Business process management
- Operational requirements
- Analyses the market environments and identify problem areas as well as potential opportunities
- Travel to existing and potential customers to:
- Promote the brand and franchise
- Sell products
- Promote marketing related promotions and competitions * Provide specialist technical information and knowledge
- Identify new projects and accounts and attempt to close the deal thereof
- Identify new and potential clients that can form part of the customer base * Follow instore leads that may arise
- Provide on site solutions to clients
- Complete Field Sales Reports
- Train Internal Sales Consultants
- Assist with internal sales
- Learn about other department heads & managers to direct customers in the right direction
- Customer relationship management
Requirements
- Driver license and own transport
- Degree/Diploma is advantageous
- Citizen of SA or up to date documents
- Senior certificate (NQ4) or equivalent
- Own cellphone
