Export Manager with Italian

Polish company specializing in the production of PVC and aluminum joinery offering windows and doors with high energy efficiency and aesthetics is looking for an Export Manager with knowledge of the Italian language.

Thanks to advanced technologies and many years of experience this company provides products that meet high standards along with advisory measurement and installation services for both individual and business clients.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and inspiring the team providing support to employees.
• Efficiently distributing duties and supervising operations.
• Developing efficient working methods offering precise instructions.
• Initiating and nurturing ongoing business relationships with international partners laying the groundwork for solid and trusted cooperations.
• Implementing annual sales targets.
• Collaborating with different sections of the company to achieve common plans and strengthen group cohesion.
• Managing business documentation ensuring its completeness and compliance with the highest standards.
• Developing detailed reports and analyses.

Requirements:

• At least two years of management experience with the ability to lead a team.
• Advanced knowledge of Italian both written and oral (level B2 or higher required).
• Efficient work organization and ability to cope with stress.
• Willingness to work in the office at the companys headquarters for at least 2 days a week (near Krakow).
• Ability to coordinate and manage a team.
• Availability for business trips.
• Strong focus on achieving goals.
• Knowledge of the PVC and aluminum joinery industry will be an additional advantage.
