Job Title: Documentation Clerk

Duration:5 Months (Temp. to Hire)

Location: Springdale AR72764

Summary:

Assist with mail receipt document printing organizing documents filing scanning document dispatch via FEDEX data tracking.

Workload: 100 export orders daily busier on Mondays Tuesdays and Fridays.The data entry portion is for mail status updates; confirming receipt etc.

Will be using highspeed scanners to upload received paperwork to a shared file.

Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PP) is required.

Office Experience: Distribution and transportation experience is preferred but any office experience will work. Candidates with experience w/ international document exporting or data entry are preferred.

Soft Skills: Must be reliable and able to show up every day. Multitasking is required.

Able to process 100 export orders a day.

Requirement: 2 years of office experience is listed to ensure a professional attitude and ability to multitask.

Experience with clerical tasks documentation data entry and administrative assistance are good fits.
