We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical building testing and deployment tasks of our software products features.

Location: Hybrid and Onsite Arkansas and Florida

Work Authorization: GC GC EAD USC H4 EAD

Experience: 0 to 3years

Responsibilities:

Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

Own and develop relationship with partners working with them to optimize and enhance our Integration.

Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

Define project requirements by identifying project milestones phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.

Communicate key insights and findings to product team.

Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in any field Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred

Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational

Excellent Communication

Flexible to work
