We are seeking dedicated fulltime Special Education Teachers for 6th to 8thgrade students. The role involves collaborating with the academic support team to create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring student goals. Responsibilities include facilitating effective lessons providing academic and personal support as needed fostering a respectful and dignified learning environment and designing purposeful activities aligned with students learning goals. The ideal candidate will be committed to meeting the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Education or higher.
- Demonstrate prior experience in working with students with exceptional needs.
- Possess a Professional Educators License with an endorsement in Special Education LSB1.
- Possess a deep understanding of teaching methodologies tailored for students with special needs.
