Job Description

Experienced Personal Assistant required for accountancy practice based in the Epsom area. For this role youll have experience working as a personal assistant / office management ideally within an accountancy practice but law firms and similar businesses considered too.

Responsibilities to include:
  • Organise Partners diary and make appointments.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Partner and their clients and the wider team.
  • Screen telephone calls and handle enquiries.
  • Provide administrative support such as drafting letters and emails. Updating spreadsheets filing paperwork and proof reading and quality control checks.
  • Organise and maintain office systems.
  • Work collaboratively and flexibly with the wider internal support team to maintain phone and reception cover.
  • Preparing engagement letters chasing ID s etc.
  • Maintaining control spreadsheets.
  • Company Secretarial adminbased tasks.
  • Communication with HMRC as required.
  • Assist with other general office duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful with your application it is essential that you are with a personal assistant / executive assistant / office manager carrying out the duties from above. Experience within an accountancy practice is desirable but other businesses such as law firms are also considered.

Requirements and skills:
  • proactive and positive approach to work and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in the delivery of highquality work.
  • Highly proficient MS Office such as Outlook Word and Excel.
  • Had exposure to backoffice systems e.g Iris to be able to interrogate data for projects.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality maintained at all times.
  • Must be prepared to work from the office fulltime
