We are excited to welcome a new experienced Dental Office Manager to join our dynamic team in this unique opportunity to work in the heart of the Atlantic Ocean.


Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Dental Office Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in dental office management. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on a beautiful island alongside an experienced team of dental providers. The clinic operates with the same efficiency processes and standards as any dental clinic in the U.S. There are NO work visa requirements only a 6week immigration process that will begin once you are hired and this is managed with your assistance by the clinic and if you live on the East Coast there are DIRECT flights from: Canada New York New Jersey Atlanta GA Charlotte NC Boston MA and Miami FL.

Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office. The clinic MUST run like the owner doctor is an Associate. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate staff to ensure a positive working environment. Patient Services: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns. Financial Management: Handle financial aspects, including billing, insurance claims, and budgeting. Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records. Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in dental office management. Understanding of Open Dental, Henry Schein ordering system, Quickbooks, Payables, running production numbers and financial reports then working with the team to improve in and grow in areas on a regular basis Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of dental software and office administration systems. Understanding of dental procedures and terminology. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Requirements: Willingness to relocate to Hamilton, Bermuda. Commitment to a minimum of 3 years in the role. Willingness to continue to LEARN and GROW in your area of expertise The owner doctor MUST have trust in you to run the practice so she can work and be productive as an Associate in her clinic. Valid certification or degree in dental office management or equivalent work history MUST have a valid US Passport Benefits: Competitive salary hourly rate based on experience - what can you bring to the clinic to enhance its services and patient care?
