About the Opportunity:

FedTec is looking for a Pega Experience Designer to support our ECMO program in New Carrolton MD. We are seeking a candidate who will manage the collaboration between Business Technical and System stakeholders. You will have experience in Pega DCO leading elaboration sessions and provide expert advice not only on the system requirements but also on how to best express requirements and design based on Pega platform capabilities.

This is a fulltime position MonFri. The position offers remote work.

Summary: Assess and evaluate behaviors of targeted groups of people using human centered design methodology to explore all aspects of a stakeholders experience and then translate that knowledge into meaningful and actionable information and system designs to inform and improve programs products and services. Leverage a variety of technologies tools and techniques including market and ethnographic research. Apply advanced consulting skills extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize a humancentered approach and incorporate use cases and usability to gathering requirements and designing enhancement to the software platform.

• Design and conduct usability testing to verify the usability of the new processes using the Pega platform.

• Ensure a consistent and coherent user journey through the conversion funnel connecting landing pages and other elements to create a holistic experience.

• Conduct insightful field interviews and observations.

• Collaborate with project team to synthesize data into meaningful findings.

• Develop models that ground the team in a common language and purpose.

• Translate findings into task flows personas usage scenarios stakeholder maps journey maps etc.

Experience:

• 5 years of experience with developing and facilitating design strategy sessions in Pega for gathering requirements collecting data analyzing results and deriving insights and recommendations.

• 5 years of experience with using collaboration and design tools including Figma Justinmind MURAL and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience creating prototypes customer journey maps mock screens UX solutions on Pega platform.

• Knowledge of User Experience research methods including facilitating interviews and focus groups.

• Experience with presenting and interacting with senior level clients.

• 5 years of experience with creating personas process flows journey maps service design blueprints and other experience maps in a clientready Pega deliverable format.

• Knowledge of Enterprise IT Transformation.

• Ability to think creatively and synthesize information.

• Possess of excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology or related field.
• Pega certification is a plus.

Ability to obtain public trust clearance
