The Role:

Directly reporting to the COO the Experience Design Heads primary responsibilities are to set standards for our technology and make sure that everyone is aware of them through training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Experience Manager you will embody our core principle of Lead Manage and hold Accountable (LMA). You will ensure clarity in expectations foster open communication maintain regular meeting rhythms and recognize outstanding performance. Your leadership will be pivotal in upholding our standards for Process Technical and Quality (PTQ) compliance ensuring the delivery of superb software consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Manage and hold people Accountable: Guide and support your teams with clear expectations effective communication and a strong meeting pulse. Establish goals clarify expectations and accountabilities and embody our core values.
  • Set and maintain high standards: For Process Technical and Quality compliance within your division. Ensure these standards are understood and executed by all team members to consistently deliver superb software.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the development of training mentorship and career advancement programs. Ensure team members are wellversed in our processes standards and the rationale behind our methodologies to continue delivering exceptional software solutions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct fair reviews and provide rewards and recognition to keep the team motivated. Identify areas where additional support is needed ensuring every team member understands their responsibilities and feels valued.
  • Reporting: Utilize objective metrics to evaluate project and team performance. Participate in weekly operations meetings to discuss targets and achievements ensuring accountability for meeting divisional goals.
  • Recruitment and Team Building: Play a key role in the interviewing and hiring process for new team members assessing candidate skills and fit for the team and projects.

Requirements:

  • 23 years in a management role.
  • 510 years of experience in the software development industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Design Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading design teams within a software development context.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools(Figma Adobe XD).
  • Excellent leadership communication and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work within tight deadlines.
