Expansion Manager Spain (f/m/d)

As Expansion Manager (f/m/d) at STAYERY you will be our first employee in Spain, leading the expansion of our brand in the region together with our expansion team. You ensure STAYERY's success through your real estate know-how and excellent network.

Tasks

• You are our go-to contact for STAYERY's expansion in Spain
• You research, select and acquire new locations and secure projects through expressions of interest
• You actively use and expand your excellent network of brokers, consultants and project developers to further STAYERY's expansion
• You help to position STAYERY as an attractive partner for real estate developers and investors

Requirements

• You have a degree in real estate/ business administration or a related field
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in real estate/ project development/ expansion
• You are based in Barcelona or Madrid
• You have an excellent network in the real estate industry (hotel segment is desirable)
• You work independently and in a structured manner
• You are fluent in Spanish and English, German language skills are a plus
