1. Critical analysis of complaints to check whether the case pertains to policy denials.
2. Preparation of a template wherein the case of the customer needs to be presented to IO.
3. Raise the case in OAS (online approval system), to obtain IO concurrence after the analysis.
4. Uploading the OAS attachment in CRM software after obtaining IO concurrence.
