Job Summary:
As the Executive Support Lead you will be responsible for the daytoday management of the Chief Executives office including the line management of the Executive Support Officer.
You will be expected to lead all administrative functions for the office including managing the diary of the Chief Executive flagging issues that may require urgent attention and drafting emails on her behalf.
Key Duties (Sample):
Act as the first point of contact for the Chief Executives office dealing efficiently and effectively with high level enquiries
Manage all case work for the Chief Executive including complaints and FOI s
Build strong working relationships with the Corporate Management Team (CMT) and work closely with the CMT support to ensure all briefings are completed in a timely fashion
Diarise all Corporate Management Team meetings and ensure agendas are issued in a timely fashion
Be a loggist for when the Chief Executive in emergencies and for London Local Authority Gold Operations
Essential Experience Required:
An exceptionally organised individual who can mutitask the ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a political environment.
An exceptional writer and communicator you will also have proven project management skills including the ability to successfully manage several tasks and multiple priorities.
