Executive Recruiter

Specialist.PH is searching for an Executive Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for attracting top marketing talent for important job openings across different industries. Youll work closely with clients to understand their needs and find the best candidates that match their requirements and company culture.

What will you do

• Search for potential candidates: You will use online tools and resources to find people who would be a good fit for our open positions.
  

• Reach out to potential candidates: You will contact them by social network direct messages email or phone to introduce them to our company and the job opening.
  

• Answer questions and provide information: You will share details about the position and answer any questions candidates may have.
  

• Work with the recruitment team: You will collaborate with other recruiters to help fill open positions as quickly as possible.
  

• Help people get hired: Youll work with both the company and the candidate to make sure the hiring process goes smoothly. This includes answering questions and explaining the next steps.
  

Requirements

What are we looking for

• 10 years in executive recruiting marketer recruiting or a similar field
  

• A person who has a large network of engaged executives or marketers
  

• Strong knowledge of online job boards social media platforms and other talent search tools
  

• Experience doing outreach on different platforms
  

• Marketing knowledge is a plus!
  

• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
  

• Comfortable on the phone talking to different clients and candidates
  

• Very detail oriented
  

• Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)
  

• Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
