An ideal candidate should be ready for the EAPA work of the CEO along with handling admin dept of the office
  • Calendar management for C suite
  • Assisting CEO into his daytoday activates
  • Managing all work assigned by the CEO personal and professional.
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Draft slides meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Taking charge of tasks with loyalty toward the organization and full responsibility for the completion of the assigned task
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned to you.
  • Preparing organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Arranging posts and deliveries taking followups etc .
  • Maintenance of office infrastructure and sanitization
  • Liaising with staff in other departments e.g. finance HR and assisting colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/ accommodations/ appointments etc.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email letters packages etc.)
  • Tracking and mongering the budgeting of administration dept.
  • Track stocks of office and warehouse supplies and place orders when necessary and liaise with contractors
  • Make required arrangements for any official Events and coordinate regarding the same.
  • Administer in daytoday office activities.
  • Verify and coordinate with accounts dept regs claims and bills given by another dept.
