About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Maintain and organize HR-related documentation and records.
  2. Assist in data entry and record-keeping.
  3. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
  4. Conduct reference checks
  5. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
  6. Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  7. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment
  8. Collect and maintain HR-related data.
  9. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.

Join SuperHuman Race as an HR-Ops Intern and work on initiatives that delve into new-age concepts that can transform the world we live in. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, curious, and analytical. As the HR-Ops Intern, you will work closely with our ESG & CSR teams and our Fortune 500 Clients including Capgemini, JLL, Godrej, Tata & many others.

Skill(s) required

  1. A degree in Human Resources or related fields is a plus.
  2. Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
  3. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality.

Who can apply

  1. Are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. Can start the internship between Mar’24 and Apr’24
  3. Are available for duration of 6 months
  4. Have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

  1. Final year of college or already completed graduation or post-graduation
  2. Prior experience with sustainability is a plus, but not mandatory
  3. Superb organizing skills and exceptional attention to detail is required in this role
  4. Strong communication skills and task management discipline

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
