Job Opportunity: Executive Internship COO

Were on the hunt for an exceptional Executive Intern to play a pivotal role in supporting the COO in implementing key strategic initiatives across several departments in order to improve processes and enhance efficiency. This role will be the right hand of the COO and work directly with senior stakeholders tackling divers and highly demanding problems. This isnt just an internship; its a chance to get a unique experience as part of the executive team of a company and make a real impact at a rapidly expanding startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly on defining and developing SolarMentes longterm company strategy.
• Implement key processes to improve the day to day of the company such as OKRs Reporting Planning etc.
• Deepdive on existing processes and data in order to drive insights.
• Support in the planning and overview the implementation of Key Strategic Projects across the areas of pricing revenue cost reduction customer offering sales strategy brand strategy etc.
• Support the COO in other highpriority initiatives within his agenda.
• Attend meetings take minutes and follow up on action items on behalf of the COO.
• Be part of a dynamic and innovative team driving SolarMentes mission forward.

Requirements

• Data driven; able to analyse and synthesise large data inputs and provide insights.
• Intermediate SQL skills plus Gsuite proficiency (sheets slides) will be valued.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative and fastpaced startup environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Enthusiasm for shaping the future of clean energy technology.
