Executive Director RN - Home Health

Our home health company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in Charlotte NC. The ideal candidate should have an active RN license in the state and leadership experience over a home health organization including profit and loss statement. As an Executive Director you will be responsible for overall leadership management and direction of our home health company.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction for the organization ensuring highquality care and services are delivered to patients.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve the companys goals and objectives.
Manage the organizations budget including revenue expenses and profit and loss statement.
Oversee the recruitment training and performance of staff ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with physicians hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
Ensure the organization is in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices implementing changes as appropriate to maintain a competitive edge.
Represent the organization in the community developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources patients and their families.

Qualifications:

Active in state RN license.
Bachelors or Masters degree in healthcare administration nursing or related field preferred.
At least five years of experience in a leadership role in a home health organization.
Strong financial acumen including experience with profit and loss statement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.
Knowledge of all state and federal regulations related to home health.
