We are looking for an Executive Data and Dashboards for a leading Hotel Group.
Job Profile:
Designing and developing L&D Dashboards on time and to specifications developing strategies keeping data reports upto date for any kind of audits.
Should be able to generate dashboards for leadership team based on data analysed Business Unit wise.
Should be able to effectively manage risks and highlight critical information s in terms of 0 Mandays New Employee Onboarding SIP details and information missing thru any business units.
MIS Report generation & Database Management.
Analysis of monthly / weekly trainings and budget data identifying the issues and the errors and work with the team to solve for them
Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data manage email requests
Work closely with Operations for daily weekly & monthly reports
Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders
Ability to validate and identify issues on vendor related payouts
Extracting of data into spreadsheet and preparing monthly consolidation of accounts using analytical and excellent spreadsheet skills
Preparation of monthly Financial MIS (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Annual)
Requirement:
Minimum of 3 years work experience as Data Analyst
Experience with data and dashboards for Training or Induction
Must have experience with LMS data.
Professional certification into Business Analytics or Statistics
Good in MS Office especially good knowledge into Excel and Power BI is a must.
