Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized followup obsessed and detailoriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant (EA). The ideal candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to toplevel executives across the departments enhancing their effectiveness by managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling various tasks to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
Responsibilities :
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize executive calendars scheduling meetings and appointments and ensuring timely reminders.
Communication Handling: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries accommodations and logistics for executives.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings including agenda preparation venue arrangements and postmeeting followups.
Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate records handle documentation and ensure systematic filing of important information.
Task Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing and managing tasks ensuring that critical deadlines are met.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies equipment and assist in managing the executive offices daytoday operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality are crucial.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Graduation from any secretarial college is a big plus.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is set between Rs 15000/ to 35000/.
