Working Days Monday Saturday (Alt. Saturdays off)
Working Timings 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Responsibilities

Communication Hub: Efficiently manage incoming calls emails and inquiries redirecting them to the appropriate department or team member.

Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks including data entry filing and recordkeeping.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments meetings and interviews ensuring optimal use of time for both clients and staff.

Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients providing excellent customer service and addressing queries or concerns in a timely manner.

Travel Arrangements: Planning and organizing travel itineraries including flights accommodation and transportation.

Requirements
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office suite) and comfortable learning new systems as needed.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly professional demeanour

Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent; TA experience is a plus
