Job description
Coordinate executive communications including taking calls responding to emails and interfacing with clients
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place such staff appreciation events
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Experience in assisting top management personnel.
Proven work Experience in managing operations of a manufacturing company.
Familiarity with business principles and practices.
Leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with all the levels in an organization.
Dealing with partners key customers suppliers team members and their requirements.
Assisting in Planning and Controlling inventory management and managing daily operations
Wellorganised and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication.
Candidate Profile:
Proven work experience as a personal assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Uptodate with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School degree
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
