On behalf of our client we are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled individual for the role of Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Director of a prestigious Audit firm in Nicosia. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office and contributing to the overall efficiency of the leadership team.

What you will be involved in:

  • Schedule and manage appointments meetings and conferences for the Directors
  • Keep track of the executives schedule and remind them of upcoming commitments
  • Screen and manage phone calls emails and other forms of communication
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare agendas documents and materials for meetings
  • Attend meetings take minutes and follow up on action items
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing document management and data entry
  • Maintain organized and uptodate filing systems
  • Prioritize and filter information for the executives attention
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Assist Director in handling clients and their dues (Collections)
  • Anticipate and address potential issues before they become problems
  • Solve daytoday challenges
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
  • Handle unexpected tasks and urgent matters efficiently
  • Managing the Directors calendar by organizing and scheduling meetings
  • Support Directors personal events meetings and conferences as required

What you need:

  • 47 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in business administration management or related field

Knowledge/skills/abilities :

  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Greek
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office365
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Thorough approach to work characterized by service orientation
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to haddle hightest level of confidentiality
  • Critical thinking
  • Commercial acumen
  • Proactive and taking calculated initiatives
