dearCoffee a renowned coffee brand is currently seeking a skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant you will provide highlevel administrative support to the executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of the company.

In this role you will directly assist the executives with various tasks including managing their calendars scheduling meetings organizing travel arrangements and maintaining confidential information. You will also be responsible for preparing reports presentations and correspondence as well as coordinating and attending meetings and taking minutes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will handle administrative tasks schedule management and will be instrumental in ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. They will also provide comprehensive support to the CEO enabling them to focus on business development and highlevel leadership tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and schedules prioritizing and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Prepare and proofread reports presentations and correspondence
  • Attend meetings and record and distribute minutes
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate and assist with special projects and events
  • Manage and maintain filing systems databases and records
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
