Overview:

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the efficient operation of the organization. They are responsible for providing highlevel administrative support managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings events and travel arrangements.
  • Handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports presentations and correspondence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decisionmaking.
  • Assist in project management and followup on action items.
  • Ensure efficient communication within the executive team.
  • Handle incoming requests and prioritize urgent matters.
  • Organize and maintain executive files and records.
  • Manage office supplies and vendors.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the executive team.
