We are urgently Hiring an Executive Assistant for a leading Chemical Manufacturing company.
- Location of Work : Bandra Mumbai.
- Qualification : Any Graduate.
- Experience : 0612 Years.
- Preference : Should have worked as an Executive Assistant.
- Salary : 30000/ to 35.000/. Depending on candidates experience and interview.
- Residential Location : Western Suburbans (Pref. AndheriBandra Mahim & around)
Responsibilities:
Draft review and send communications on behalf of the director.
Organize and prepare for meetings including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
Answer and respond to phone calls communicate messages and information to the director.
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Timemanagement skills.
Ability to multitask.
Good knowledge of computer software and programs such as Microsoft Officeword excel power point.
